Connecting your Skybox account is the first step you have to go through to use our reconciliation product.

Step 1: go to the Ticket reconciliation page

Step 2: click on the gear icon on the top right of the page

Step 3: go to the Ticket reconciliation page, and click on Connect your skybox account

Step 4: log in to your Skybox account and click on EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS

Step 5: click on ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT

Step 6: put your email address in the recipient email, and type whatever you want in the description. Feel free to put SLASH RECONCILIATION or something similar that will help you remember that that's your Slash API token.

Step 7: copy and paste the API Key and Account ID you got in the email, go back to Slash, and paste them in the side panel that pops up after you clicked Connect your skybox account

Step 8: done!
