Once a company has been formed, the state assumes the company to be perpetual i.e. it operates indefinitely, unless the company actively files for dissolution or is dissolved administratively for not paying its annual dues.

However, as long as you pay the annual dues, you may chose to keep your company active and but pause any business activities.

If you are looking to close your company, please contact us.
