Here is the process for forming your company:

1. State Formation - We form your company in the state of your choice. This process takes up to 1-2 weeks.

2. EIN Number - Once your company is formed, we start working on your Employer Identification Number.

Note: A U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is not required to obtain an EIN, however, if you have one, it greatly expedites the process.
