If you need to transfer a large amount of money into your Slash account quickly, the best way is generally via Wire Transfer. A Wire Transfer is the transfer of funds directly from one account to another. This transfer type is generally used for:

  1. Transfers that need to be completed urgently.

  2. Moving large amounts of money.

To initiate a Wire Transfer, you will need to visit both your banking app, and your Slash account. If you want to make sure that your funds are transferred into Slash same day, make sure to initiate your transfer before your bank’s cutoff time, and select same day service.

In Slash

  1. Log into your Slash dashboard, choose the account to add funds to (Personal or Business) by using the toggle in the top left corner.

  2. At the top right of your dashboard, Click Move Money, then Add Funds

  3. Select Wire/ACH

Save the details displayed on screen, and navigate to your Navy Federal Credit Union online portal.
