Can't remember your Slash password, or just in need of a change? We got you!
Forgot Password (Can't access account)
Navigate to joinslash.com, click on 'Login' located at the top right of the page. Use the Forgot password? link below 'Password', enter in your email address and use the link sent to you to reset your password.
Change Password
Your password is managed in the Settings tab of your Slash dashboard, under Security.
Two Factor Authentication & Login Alerts
Two factor authentication is highly recommended and should be enabled for all users. This can be found in your 'Settings' tab, under 'Security'.
To enable/disable two factor authentication, click on the button to the right of Two-Factor Authentication to have it enabled/disabled. Doing so will prompt a verification code that will be sent to your email associated with your Slash account.
Login alerts are currently enabled for everyone.
